About DUI Attorney Eric Whitaker:

    I graduated from USF School of Law in 1993. I worked in bars and restaurants for ten years, then I owned my own bars and restaurants for about ten years. After I passed the bar I immediately started working as a restaurant attorney making appearances at commissions and boards. Not suprisingly a number of patrons asked if I would handle their DUI.

    I only handle first and second DUIs. I only take case in the Bay Area and I do not handle cases if there was an injury. I do the same thing over and over again, this keeps my overhead extremely low. I do not need to support an office staff or pay workmans' compensation or pay for an expensive internet service. I make appearances at 830am and 130pm.
